Stall sizes and pricesHow big are the stall sizes? We have indoor and outdoor stalls. INDOOR (inside Exhibition Hall): 2 metre frontage x 2 metre depth 3 metre frontage x 2 metre depth OURDOOR (area surrounding hall) 3 metre frontage 6 metre frontage * for discuss other stall sizes, please contact Alison - info@madewithlovemarkets.com * You will need to bring your own table, racks, chairs, tablecloth, gazebo etc. Will I be able to choose where my stall is? You can add a request to the booking form but please note, this would be by request only and cannot be guaranteed. If you are or become a regular stallholder you will be able to choose a spot which will become yours for every market. Your booking will not be confirmed until payment is received. Once you have lodged your form you have 7 days to pay your stallholder fee. If you do not pay within this time your table will be forfeited. How much does it cost? Indoor: 2 metre frontage x 2 metre depth $45 3 metre frontage x 2 metre depth $55 Outdoor: 3 metre frontage $45 6 metre frontage $80 If you are not sure what size stall you need please send me an email to discuss. >> One booking per stallholder/business please. What does the stallholder fee include?The Made with Love Market is very different from your typical weekend market. We offer a very exclusive and premium event to showcase some gorgeous quality items. You don’t just receive a space on the day – you get so much more! We want to help promote and grow your business so we will constantly promote you. Fees for similar markets around Australia range from $140 – $240 per table so we think we represent excellent value for money. * Allocated stall space * Marketing and PR as follows: Stallholder shout-outs on the Made with Love Markets Facebook/Instagram page. Press releases sent out to local media advertising the event Distribution of flyers at local preschools, childcare centres, school newsletter, workplaces. Letterbox drop/ DL flyers Advertising/articles in a range of publications including News of the Area, Bellbottom, Focus Magazine, Arts Mid North Coast, Prime 7 Community announcements, radio shout-outs etc.

What is Made with Love Markets looking for?What is Made with Love Markets looking for? Any item made with love! Handmade, designed or created unique, boutique and one-of-a kind items. (If in doubt please email info@madewithlovemarkets.com before submitting your form). Strong preference will be given to local stallholders (Macleay, Coffs and Clarence Coasts, as well as parts of the Northern Tablelands). Non-local stallholders are still encouraged to apply, but applications will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Products will need to be unique and different to anything on offer by a local stallholder to be considered.

What type of stalls are allowed at the market?Your items for sale must be handmade, created or designed by yourself. Handmade items can be anything ranging from clothing, jewellery, toys etc. Please see our Facebook or Instagram page for examples of the items we accept at the markets. Please note, we do not accept resale of handmade items from a third party. We reserve the right to refuse any table if we feel they do not fit in with what are trying to achieve with the Made with Love Markets. HOW TO BOOK:1. Make sure you read the “FAQ” for Stallholders section of this website and Terms and Conditions (below) before submitting your booking form. 2. Once you fill out the form you will receive an automatic email to confirm your application has been lodged. Once the booking is processed you will receive another email to either confirm your booking, or advise you are on the waitlist. 3. Once confirmed, you will be sent a link to pay. PLEASE NOTE: you can no longer pay via direct deposit into the BCU account. This account has been closed. Please make sure you pay for your stall ASAP. 4. A set-up email will be sent out 2 weeks prior to the market, and the layout email the afternoon before the market.

Terms & Conditions:PAYMENTS: Please make sure you pay for your stall within 7 days of receiving confirmation. If you book and do not pay your table within 7 days your booking will auto-cancel and your spot will be allocated to another stallholder. CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel more than 4 weeks before the market we will retain 50% of the table booking fee. If you cancel within 4 weeks there is no refund. You are not able to transfer your fee to another market. Wet weather policy: our market is on rain, hail or shine. Stallholders are advised to prepare to trade in all weather conditions. In the case of an extreme weather event, the organiser will advise if the outdoor section of the market will proceed or not. We are a small business and many of our costs are incurred before the event which are not recoverable. For this reason we are unable to offer refunds or credits. RESPONSBILITIES: If there is any damage caused due to negligence by the stallholder you will have to pay any costs associated to Coffs Harbour Showground. You are responsible for your products and security of your stall. Stallholders must confine their displays and signs to the stall site and keep pathways clear for patrons as per insurance policy requirements. Stallholders are responsible for leaving their site and surrounding area clean & tidy from rubbish, etc. If a stallholders site is not left clean, a $20 cleaning fee may apply. Copying the ideas and work of other stallholders may be in breach of creative copyright and is not in the spirit of the market. Any grievances need to be directed specifically to the relevant stallholders. The Made with Love Markets takes no responsibility in determining copyright legality. It is the responsibility of the stall holder to ensure they conform to any Australian standards pertaining to their product. MWL will not be held accountable for any trademark or copyright or safety infringement. OTHER IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE: The Made with Love Market has the right to withdraw the right to trade of any stallholder in dispute with us. Trade will be only reinstated if the dispute is resolved to our satisfaction. You are granted entry to the market at 6.15am on the morning of the market. Stalls must not pack up until the advertised closing time. We do not accept specific table bookings. All spots will be allocated the day prior to each market. If you have any special requests you will need to put this on your application form or email your request in writing. There are no table changes permitted on the day of the market.
